The Office for Information Technologies and Electronic Administration was established by the Decree on the Office for Information Technologies and Electronic Administration ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 73/17, 8/19) which stipulates that the Office assumes rights, obligations, cases, equipment, funds for work and archives created in the work of the Directorate for Electronic Administration (which ceased to operate on June 26, 2017 in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 3 of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Ministries ("Official Gazette of RS" No. 62/2017), necessary for the performance of professional tasks determined by this Decree (paragraph 1) The Office shall take over the rights, obligations, employees, objects, equipment, means of work and archives from the Directorate for Joint Affairs of Republic Bodies necessary for performing professional tasks determined by this Decree (Article 6. article 1.).
