Mr. Ole Gjessø Andersen, M.Sc., CPA, serves as the Head of Personal Banking at Danske Bank A/S. Mr. Andersen is a Industrial Advisor at EQT Partners AB. He had been a Senior Partner of EQT Partners A/S and served as the Head of the Copenhagen office and Managing Partner and Director until 2008. Prior to joining EQT Partners, he served as an Executive at Enskilda Securities. Mr. Andersen served as the Head of the Copenhagen branch from 1997 to 2000, and as the Global Head of Corporate Finance at SEB Enskilda AS from 2000 to 2003. Between 1983 and 1997, Mr. Andersen worked at Arthur Andersen & Co., Skandinavisk Holding A/S, Scandinavian Capital Partner and Alfred Berg. Mr. Andersen serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Privathospitalet Hamlet A/S, Chr. Hansen Holding A/S, and Zebra A/S (Tiger). He has been the Chairman of the Board of Bang & Olufsen A/S since December 2010. He has been the Chairman of Danske Bank A/S since December 19, 2011. He serves as Member of Advisory
