Olivier Duha created Webhelp with Frederic Jousset in 2000. The company began as a “webwizard” service, where specially trained advisors provided online support to novice internet users. Just 16 years later, Webhelp is one of the leading global BPOs. Olivier is a graduate of ESCEM (Ecole Superieure de Commerce et Management) and AUDENCIA Business School, where he gained a Masters in Management Consultancy. In 1998 Olivier was awarded an MBA from INSEAD. Starting his career in 1992 with LEK Consultancy, a strategy, mergers and acquisitions firm, Olivier was based in London, Paris and Sydney and advised business leaders in a range of industries. In 1998, he joined American strategic consulting firm Bain & Company, where he worked on various projects in the retail and energy sectors.
