Omar actively participated in major investment and divestment operations in Morocco and is involved in the follow-up of the portfolio. Omar joined AfricInvest in July 2010 and is a former Structured Finance Anlyst within the Loan Syndication department of the French Investment Bank NATIXIS, where he got involved during 2 years in several deals in Real Estate, Project Finance and LBO sectors. Omar holds both Corporate Finance degree from Grenoble Business School and a Law degree from Université Paris 1 Pantheon - Sorbonne.
