Appointed as Director/ Chief Service Management Officer in September 2011. He joined XL in early 2009 as VP Corporate Strategy and Business Development and was a Senior VP of Service Management before his appointment as Director. Prior to joining XL, he was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), with extensive experience in leading a number of consultancy projects in Telco and Banking industries across Asia and Europe.
