Dr. Onkar Singh, the founder Vice Chancellor of Madan Mohan Malviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur, is the Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Harcourt Butler Technological Institute (HBTI), Kanpur, an Autonomous Institution of Govt. of Uttar Pradesh. He completed his B.Tech. with distinction in 1989, M.E. with distinction in 1991 and Ph.D. in 1999.
