Ori joined the fund in 2015 as a Principal. Prior to joining Viola, Ori was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company based in London. At McKinsey, Ori led strategy, marketing & sales, finance, and operational & commercial transformation projects for multinational players in numerous sectors. As a key member of the Digital and Technology practice, Ori helped build the Firm's knowledge and experience in the space. Beforehand, Ori led the creation of innovative products for the Israeli Aerospace Industries as a Business Development and Innovation manager, and worked as a software and hardware Engineer at PMC-Sierra (formerly Wintegra). As an officer in the Israeli Air Force Ori was involved in developing new generations of UAVs, and planned and led large scale acceptance field tests. Ori is a Chevening Scholar and holds an MBA from London Business School, and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University
