Mr. Hagler is our Vice President of Technology and Corporate Secretary. In 2014, Mr. Hagler was part of the buyout team that purchased several fashion media companies and combined them together, to transition from primarily traditional media to print, which included Nylon Magazine, FashionIndie, and Socialyte Collective.
