Oscar joined Citi Ventures in November 2015. As a Citi Ventures Catalyst, Oscar is responsible to work closely with Citi FinTech, the new unit within the global consumer bank charged with building the mobile first "bank of tomorrow". By understanding their business strategies, objectives, and priorities, Oscar will introduce relevant technologies, new trends and best-in class practices to help to build the bank of tomorrow. Before joining Citi Ventures, Oscar worked within the Global eXperience Team (GxT) and Global Mortgages at Citi. At GxT, he drove the strategic direction of the Test & Learn program in order to identify, prototype and test digital customer innovations. Oscar began his career at Santander Bank doing strategy and project management, he later joined Rimac Insurance, in Peru, doing heath care corporate strategy. Thereafter, he moved to Citi Peru into the O&T division. After three years within Citi and supervising operations in Peru and Bolivia, he moved to Bank of Nova
