Palmetto Partners, Inc. seeks value added, transitional and opportunistic purchases of real estate, non-performing loans or financial assets across most asset classes and most states. Assets located in in-fill locations or established markets with barriers to entry are strongly desired. Preferred transaction sizing is between $2 million and $50 million.
