Partnership Investment Finance (‘PIF') was established in 2004 as the Loan and Investment fund for Yorkshire, The Humber, and North Lincolnshire, to enable small and medium sized businesses (SMEs) and social enterprises access to gap funding by way of equity or loan finance for a fixed period to 31 December 2008.
