Parv Subramani, is a Co-Founder of Recruit N Refer Technology (RNR). She started her professional journey as a designated CPA at Ernst & Young before transitioning to Investment Banking. Parv worked in Paris, France for the National Bank of Paris (BNP) in Investment Banking for 12 years. In 2012, she made Vancouver, Canada, her new home. She was headhunted by lululemon to lead their global finance systems implementations for new markets around the world. Her team successfully supported in opening lululemon stores in 28 countries. In 2019, she joined Rand Lockwood, a seasoned agency recruiter, to build Recruit N Refer Technology Inc. Together, they created a global marketplace connecting national/global Employers with freelance independent recruiters across North America. RNR’s AI powered platform played a pivotal role during the 2020 pandemic, providing income opportunities to thousands of HR professionals affected by furloughs.
