Pat has broad portfolio management responsibilities and is also involved in aspects of due diligence and capital formation. Prior to joining ACP in 2013, Pat spent 15 years in public accounting with Marcum LLP, focusing on audit services for manufacturing and distribution clients of the firm, as well as, assurance services in the context of mergers and acquisitions and related complex accounting projects. Pat is a CPA and earned Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Economics, followed by a Master of Accounting, from Florida State University
