Pat has been in the field of computers for over 31 years, working for Ryder System in Miami and Unum Provident in Chattanooga. In 1997 she started Patricia Egen Consulting, a Sage Platinum reseller and IBM Business partner. Her company specializes in helping businesses better utilize their computing tools and applications. Particular areas of expertise include ACT by Sage, Lotus Notes & Domino, Microsoft Office application development, Visual Basic and VBA. Her company develops add-ons for ACT and other applications and does data conversions to and from ACT as well as connect ACT to external systems.
