Patricia Grospiron

As Network Director, Patricia Grospiron is responsible for managing the deal flow processes for 18 Northeast Ohio entrepreneurial support partners. She also ensures Network participation in metrics tracking, and manages the communication of the Network’s performance against state goals. Patricia previously worked at Ohio Aerospace Institute (OAI), where she had extensive experience managing several federal and state-funded programs. She served in several key positions during her time at OAI, including, marketing director, Senior Program Manager, and Director of Technology and Innovation Partnerships. Patricia is experienced in all phases of program management, including business development, team formation, proposal support, program execution (contract administration, reporting close‐out) and cultivating customer relationships.
