Patrick started out as an electronics technician in the Royal Air Force. After 6 years he returned to Northern Ireland where he was employed in various ICT positions including FG Wilson (Engineering) Limited. In 1994 he left FG Wilson to form Real Time Systems Limited (RTSL), delivering high-end infrastructure solutions for customers in the public and private sectors across Ireland. In 2007 RTSL merged with 4sol to create Novosco, and as Managing Director, Patrick focuses on the strategic direction of the company, building the business across all offices in Belfast, Dublin and Birmingham.
