Patrick Sayer has served as a Director since 2012. Mr. Sayer has been the Chief Executive Officer of Eurazeo (a leading publicly-held investment company in Europe) since 2002. From 1995 until 2002 he served as a Director and Advisor to the CEO of Eurazeo. Prior to becoming CEO of Eurazeo, Mr. Sayer was employed by Lazard, (an international financial advisory and asset management firm) for 20 years, last serving as a Managing Director and Head of Lazard’s Technology and Media group. Mr. Sayer is vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board of Rexel SA, and a member of the Board of Directors of other Eurazeo portfolio companies, including Accor and Edenred. He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Mines de Paris. Mr. Sayer has a French Financial Analyst Degree and serves as a professor of finance at Dauphine University in Paris.
