Paul Audet is currently the managing member of Symmetrical Ventures LLC. The firm was formed in Sept 2015 to partner with creative innovators who are looking to transform traditional business models through disruptive technology. Rather than simply providing investment dollars; our value proposition involves bringing the experience and perspective to take business opportunities beyond what would be possible with capital alone. Prior to forming Symmetrical, Audet was a Senior Managing Director of BlackRock, Inc. in New York. Audet's affiliation with BlackRock began in 1994 when, as Director of M&A for PNC , he led the acquisition of BlackRock for $240 million. At the time BLK had approximately $20 billion of assets under management. Over the next 20 years BLK experienced unprecedented growth with AUM and revenue exceeding $4.6 trillion and $11 billion, respectively.
