Paul Brown is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Inspire Brands, a multi-brand restaurant company and one of the largest operators of restaurants in the United States. In total, Inspire’s portfolio encompasses more than 4,600 restaurants and 150,000 team members across 16 countries. Prior to founding Inspire, Brown served as Chief Executive Officer of Arby’s where, according to Restaurant Business, he helped produce one of the most remarkable restaurant turnarounds in decades. During his time as CEO, Arby’s grew its global system sales by 20 percent, built and remodeled more than 1,000 restaurants, and earned the distinction as one of Fortune’s 100 Best Workplaces for Diversity, Women, and Millennials.
