Mr. Paul Celerier is the Financial Director, Compliance Officer, and Financial Controller at Ludgate Investments Ltd. Mr. Celerier joined the firm in 2010. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Scrutton Bland in 1979 and was a Partner there for 15 years before leaving to establish and develop an independent practice. During his career, Mr. Celerier has specialized in the provision of audit and other services to corporate clients and was responsible for various practice management and development activities.
