Former polytechnic student and a graduate of Telecom ParisTech, Paul-François Fournier joined the France Telecom Orange group in 1994 as a business engineer and worked for seven years in the development of corporate services. In 2001, Paul-François Fournier was appointed Director of Broadband Business at Wanadoo where he took over the ADSL offerings in France. He also participates in the Group's international business as a member of the Executive Committee of the Wanadoo Group. He is leading strategic projects such as the launch of Livebox and Voice over IP in partnership with Inventel and Netcentrex, French start-ups. Paul-François Fournier took over the management of the Orange Technocentre executive in 2011, where he was in charge of product innovation. It has promoted more regional and decentralized organizational methods, as shown by the creation of the Technocentres in Amman and Abidjan.
