Paul G. LaRosa is the Managing Director of Maxim Group. Mr. LaRosa has more than 19 years of experience in the securities industry serving in senior management positions in Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Asset Management and Equity Trading. Throughout his career, Mr. LaRosa was responsible for managing the placement of more than 250 public and private offerings totaling more than $4 billion.
