Paul Gozzo has over 20 years of experience investing in residential real estate with the past decade dedicted to working with institutional investors of single-family rentals (SFR). Paul Gozzo is also an early- stage investor and advisor to founders and emerging managers of Real Estate companies including Bridge Tower, SFR3, Origin, Hometeam Ventures, PadSplit, Stake.Rent, and True Home. Previously, Paul served in various capacities at RESICAP developing business as their EVP of Business Development working with what are now the most established SFR Funds & REITs that exist today. Paul's specialty is in working with institutional Single Family Residential (SFR) investors including new entrants and emerging cohorts such as Build-To-Rent (BTR), Co-Living, HPA, Sale-Leaseback and others.
