Paul Grinberg serves Encore Capital Group as Group Executive, International and Corporate Development. In this role, oversees Encore’s European and Latin American operations along with corporate development responsibilities. He is responsible for maximizing our international subsidiaries’ contribution to Encore, and identifying suitable portfolios and businesses to further diversify and strengthen the company. Previously, Mr. Grinberg served as Encore’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During one of the most challenging times in the worldwide credit markets, Mr. Grinberg successfully raised more than $375 million in debt financing for Encore, at favorable terms, enabling us to take advantage of very strong purchasing opportunities. Moreover, Mr. Grinberg significantly enhanced our presence in the investment community, reflected in new sell-side analyst coverage with strong ratings.
