Paul Inouye, born in San Francisco and raised in San Carlos, grew up with two brothers, establishing early on a balance between academics and athletic pursuits that would characterize much of his life. He completed his education at Bellarmine College Prep in San Jose, followed by undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley. With a drive for advanced business knowledge, he pursued an MBA at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a step that fortified his strategic and financial skills. His strong academic background would later underpin his successful, decades-long career in technology banking on the West Coast. Outside his academic and professional achievements, Paul maintains a vibrant array of personal interests. His active lifestyle includes cycling, running, swimming, and CrossFit exercises, which he approaches with the same focus he applies to his career.
