Paul Roos joined Polyganics in January 2015 with extensive experience and a proven track record in the international life sciences industry, having spent 10 years working in investment banking and three years as a CFO. Most recently, Mr. Roos served as CFO of IRX Innovations, a leader in the field of reflective screen technology. Prior to IRX Innovations, Mr. Roos served as CFO of Synthon, a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company with over EUR 250 million in revenues. He began his career at the Corporate Finance Division of Kempen & Co, where he held positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately being named Executive Director in the Life Sciences/ Healthcare team. He spearheaded the development and roll-out of the European Life Sciences/ Healthcare franchise and advised on over 35 M&A and capital market transactions.
