Co-founder of Floral Energy Limited Paul is CEO and a co-founder of Floral Energy and has led a distinguished career in telecommunications, defence, aerospace, nuclear, and energy. He was formerly Chief Technology Officer of Rolls-Royce plc and later chaired its spin-out business Rolls-Royce Small Modular Reactors. He also served as Director General of Science & Technology in the UK Ministry of Defence.
