Paula Bosco

Paula A. Bosco, Managing Director, joined New Mountain in 2009. As the firm's Chief Compliance Officer and Counsel, she heads the compliance and legal function across the firm's private equity, hedge fund and credit businesses. She also serves as an Executive Officer of NMFC and as the CCO and Corporate Secretary for that entity. Previously, Ms. Bosco served as the CCO for the Private Investment Management group within Lehman Brothers Inc. ("Lehman"). Prior to joining Lehman, she held senior legal and compliance roles with several prominent firms including Citigroup Global Wealth Management, Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP and the American Stock Exchange (a division of FINRA), where she served as the Assistant Chief Counsel of the Enforcement Division. Ms. Bosco started her legal career at PaineWebber Inc., and prior to attending law school, began her career in the securities industry as a sales trading assistant in the Asian equity markets.
