Mr. Pei Kang serves as the Managing Director of Chengwei Capital. Mr. Kang joined Chengwei Capital in 2003. He serves as Board Observer of Polyera Corporation. He served as Senior Vice President of WK Technology Fund. He led WK's investment activities in China and made several investments in software and manufacturing sectors. He served as a Senior Executive at IBM for over 18 years. He served as General Manager of financial service sector in China at IBM. Mr. Kang has been a Director at Huaya Microelectronics, Inc. since December 6, 2004. He served as a Non Executive Director of AAC Technologies Holdings Inc. from February 15, 2007 to May 02, 2010. He holds BS from Chinese Culture University of Taiwan.
