Pete Shagory is an experienced executive with a career spanning various industries, including healthcare/life sciences, finance, and venture capital. Serving as the Executive Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at CONMED Corporation, Pete Shagory was recruited to lead all strategic planning and M&A activities as part of a turn-around management team. With a focus on repositioning the corporation and driving growth, he has successfully negotiated and led diligence and integration on acquisitions exceeding $1 billion. Prior to CONMED, Mr. Shagory worked for Cardinal Health, Inc. where he oversaw strategic business development for the Medical Products division. Prior to Cardinal Health, Mr. Shagory spent 15 years in healthcare/life sciences venture capital with two Chicago-based private investment firms. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) f
