Pete focuses on originating, executing and representing 3i on the boards of private equity investments. Since joining 3i in 2006, he has had a particular focus on the Business Services sector. His most recent deals include 3i’s buyout of Aspen Pumps, the global leader in design, manufacture and distribution of condensate removal pumps to the air conditioning industry. He also supported his US colleagues on 3i’s recent buyout of Q Holdings. In 2013, he led the sale of Civica, an international provider of specialist IT systems and business process services, generating a 2.1x return.
