Peter Fang joined IWDF in mid-2011 as Investment Director, with more than a decade’s hands-on operational experience as a senior executive in the Internet, e-commerce, electronic payment and financial services industries in China. Prior to IWDF, from 2005 to early 2011, Mr. Fang was General Manager – Beijing operations of 99Bill.com, China’s leading independent electronic payment and clearance service provider.
