Peter Gray has served as a member of our Board of Directors since May 2013. Peter Gray is a self-employed consultant to the pharmaceutical industry.In 2011, Peter Gray retired from ICON plc, a global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. From 2002 to 2011, he served as Chief Executive Officer of ICON plc. From 2001 to 2002, he held the position of Group Chief Operating Officer and from 1997 to 2001, the position of Chief Financial Officer, both within ICON. Peter Gray serves on the board of United Drug plc, an international provider of healthcare services.Peter Gray holds a degree in Law from Trinity College Dublin and is a chartered accountant.
