Peter Halt is the chief financial officer for Rovi. Prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer in May 2012, Mr. Halt served as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since May 2008 when the acquisition of Gemstar-TV Guide International by the Company was completed.
