As a Director, Thanh Giang is a Deal Leader in the Ho Chi Minh City investment team, and is a mentor for other members of the Ho Chi Minh City investment team. As a Deal Leader, Thanh Giang is responsible for long-term success of the investments in Phu Nhuan Jewelry (PNJ) and Vietnam Australia International School (VAS). Thanh Giang successfully led the exit of International Consumer Products (ICP) and Digiworld. She is also involved in appraising potential investments of Mekong Capital’s funds. Thanh Giang is a Board member of Phu Nhuan Jewelry and Vietnam Australia International School. Thanh Giang specializes in companies that focus on Branding, Distribution, Retail and Customer Experience. Thanh Giang has also built her track record in all phases of investment from investment appraisal, post investment value creation and exit. Thanh Giang is a member of Mekong Capital's Management Committee and Investment Recommendation Committee. Thanh Giang joined Mekong Capital in January 2007
