Phil Lodato

Phil Lodato has served as Legal Counsel for the 21 Fund since January of 2010 where he manages deal negotiation and closing for each of the 21 Fund's investments, and participates in the compliance program. Mr. Lodato is an attorney with the law firm of Bingham McHale LLP, where he is a member of the firm's Business Advisory Department. He assists clients with a wide range of legal and business issues and corporate transactions, with a focus on entity formation, corporate governance, securities law compliance and other fundraising concerns, mergers and acquisitions and a variety of contractual matters. Mr. Lodato was with the law firms of Baker & Daniels and Chapman & Cutler LLP prior to joining Bingham McHale and has been practicing law since 2003. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lodato served as a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers working with their Corporate Value Consulting Group.
