As one of Covington’s Managing Partners, Phil Reddon brings with him close to 20 years of investment experience and has been with Covington since 2002. As Managing Partner, Phil’s responsibilities include setting the corporate strategic and growth objectives for Covington Capital, overseeing the operations of Covington Capital as well as its Investment and Operations teams. Phil takes an active role in a number of Covington’s portfolio investments; assessing new opportunities and offering strategic insight toward meeting the businesses growth objectives. Phil currently sits on the Board or functions as an observer on the Board of several portfolio companies. Prior to joining Covington, Phil spent six years at Bank of Montreal Capital Corporation as Managing Director for a $400 million private equity group.
