About

I started my career as an investment advisor and restructuring consultant in Central & Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union in 1992. In 1995, I co-founded Navigator Consulting Group, specialising in corporate finance advisory, business restructuring and corporate growth. The Web 1.0 and 2.0 booms led me into a strong specialisation in tech and ecommerce due diligence, business planning, fundraising and consulting. In parallel, I was contracted by a series of investors to implement real economy investments in industrial sectors in the CEE, FSU and MENA regions. In 2010, I co-founded our business incubator, and am actively working as a business angel and accelerator for tech sector entrepreneurs both within Navigator as well as external partners. I advise on digital marketing initiatives, tech start-ups, sectoral and corporate online marketing, and impact of social media.
