Philip Kwan

Philip Kwan was a Senior Vice President at Raine. He was responsible for evaluating and executing investment and advisory opportunities in the China and Greater Asia regions. Prior to joining Raine, Philip was an Associate at Southfield Capital, a Canyon Capital-seeded private equity fund focused on North American buyouts. Prior to Southfield, Philip was an Analyst in the M&A group at Evercore Partners in New York. Philip has a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
