Philipp Kienzler has been with PARAGON PARTNERS since 2018. Previously, he worked for the private equity firm Aurelius for seven years as a director, project manager and consultant and for three years as management consultant for Struktur Management Partner. Philipp Kienzler was responsible for numerous transformation, operational improvement and growth projects and supported companies in a variety of sectors with the focus on value creation. In addition to an apprenticeship as bank clerk and stockbroker for the private bankers of Ellwanger & Geiger, Philipp Kienzler studied at the Catholic University of Ingolstadt-Eichstädt and the Brisbane University of Technology and earned his degree in business administration.
