Philipp von Mitzlaff joined PARAGON PARTNERS as Director Origination. Previously, Philipp worked for EuroConsult, an investment banking firm with offices in New York, London, Frankfurt, and Hong Kong specializing in industrial M&A/Corporate Finance, where he advised global corporations on cross-border M&A mandates. Prior to joining EuroConsult, Philipp had been with Robert W. Baird and Doertenbach & Co. for ten years where he was involved in advising a wide range of national and international transactions (M&A, restructuring, leveraged buyouts) in the industrial, consumer, financial/business services, and healthcare sectors. Philipp holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Frankfurt University in conjunction with UC Berkeley and spent a two year training program at Deutsche Bank Frankfurt.
