Philippe Vigneau A pioneer in MVNO, he took part in the first MVNO launches in Northern Europe in 1999 and has participated in more than 100 MVNO inceptions throughout Europe and Africa. As an established MVNO specialist, Philippe develops new business model concepts, such as MVNA. His leadership has helped Transatel to become a global leader within the MVNA arena. He also spearheads our 901–DataSIM business development activities, creating exciting new opportunities. Prior to joining Transatel, Philippe was at American Express where he was in charge of the corporate commercial partnership development. His achievements include partnerships with major airline companies, hotel groups and banks. Philippe is a graduate of ESLSCA Paris (Ecole Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées).
