Associate Professor Mai Thanh Phong is the president of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. He holds a Ph.D. from Otto-von-Guericke Magdeburg, Germany. Mr. Phong is also director of the Center for Enterprise Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and is very enthusiastic about creative start-ups.
