Piero Bussani is the Managing Director and Chief Legal Officer of Digital Bridge Holdings, LLC and brings over 24 years of general counsel and business experience in the public and private sectors to the company. For the past 12 years, Mr. Bussani served as Chief Legal Officer for operating companies owned by the Blackstone Group. Most recently, Mr. Bussani served as Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President for Invitation Homes, a $10 billion Blackstone company that is the largest owner and landlord of single family homes in the U.S. He joined Invitation Homes shortly after its startup and, along with the founders of the company, helped oversee the deployment of $10 billion of capital (building a portfolio of 50,000 homes) and the issuance of $6 billion of securitized debt.
