In 1999 invested as business angel and co-founder in Buongiorno Spa: the first Italian start up in the digital marketing space to become public in Borsa Italiana; in Buongiorno he took a full time managerial role as Head of the Business Development and International Expansion. From 2013 onwards he has been building – as business angel, anchor investor and board director - a portfolio of several digital tech companies like DoveConviene, BeMyEye, Supermercato24, Domino’s Pizza (all in the Consumer Goods sector) in addition to some others (The Fork, PetMe, Aerodron, Outfittery, MySecretCase) ranging from hi-tech to sharing economy and e-commerce. He partners and co-invests with major Italian and European VCs, namely Highland Capital Europe, Nauta Capital, 360 Capital Partners, Innogest, P101, Principia and others. He is active member of U-Start, a major European Investment Club, and acts as mentor&coach for B!Ventures and IMPACT, the leading european accelerator, backed by the Ntt Docomo
