Pinnacle Capital is a independent investor and financial advisory firm, based in Toronto and Calgary, dedicated to wealth generation and preservation. We were founded by Arif N. Bhalwani, an accomplished entrepreneur and investor. Pinnacle Capital takes a principal approach to investing and since 1998 has had a prestigious track record investing and advising on over $1 Billion in transactions worldwide. We leverage the experience, insights and resources of our founder to achieve superior results for our investments and clients. We invest at all stages of the company life cycle, with a particular penchant for out-of-favour, distressed, and unconventional opportunities. Because we invest our own capital, we can be more selective, have greater flexibility, and stick with companies longer than typical investors. This allows Pinnacle Capital to avoid the need to follow fads or hot sectors where investment competition is intense and valuations tend to be exaggerated.
