Piping Rock Partners Inc. ("PRPI") is a privately-held, vertically-integrated investment firm focused on commercial estate. Chris Germain founded the firm in 2006. Chris has completed approximately $4 billion in domestic and cross-border tax and asset-based financings, including almost $1 billion in commercial real estate financings across numerous market cycles. Piping Rock is a sophisticated, value-oriented investor, but our focus is on fundamentals, not aggressive capital structures or financial engineering.
