Prateek is the EVP and CTO of Cerence. Prateek has also worked with EMC Documentum, NEC, Sapient, Cognizant, JPMorgan Chase and others. Prateek founded a SaaS Content Management Venture which was acquired by a China-based company in 2008. Prateek is an Engineering graduate with an MBA in Marketing.
