President International Development Corporation ( PIDC ) was established in 1997 as the investment holdings company of the Uni-President Group (UPG) with Mr. Chih-Hsien Lo as its Chairman and the President is Mr. Tony T. M. Su. There are five sub-conglomerates within the Uni-President Group : food manufacturing, retail, international trade, investment and finance service. Classified under the investing sub-conglomerate, PIDC is responsible for leading major investment projects within the Group. Their goal is to expand the business scope of the Group.
