President International Development Corporation ( PIDC ) was established in 1997 as the investment holdings company of the Uni-President Group (UPG) with Mr. Chih-Hsien Lo as its Chairman and the President is Mr. Tony T. M. Su. There are five sub-conglomerates within the Uni-President Group : food manufacturing, retail, international trade, investment and finance service.
