We prefer to fund investments that have a strong social impact component. Our team has deployed over $250 million across a range of industries including software, payments, real estate & property development, fintech, mining, tourism, data, secured business credit, royalty agreements and media. Our typical transaction size is between $500k and $50 million with a path to re-finance within <24 months and an overall investment horizon of 2-5 years. We aim to achieve a >20% IRR from all investments.
